SHIPPING POLICY
GINN. ships from Sydney, Australia. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the courier and destination.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders. We prioritise shipping with Sendle, Australia’s first carbon-neutral delivery service. However, in some cases, we may use Australia Post depending on location or service availability. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Estimated delivery timeframe:
5–7 business days from dispatch for most Australian addresses. Orders typically arrive within two business days of the tracking estimate.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via DHL Express or Australia Post Express, depending on the destination. Shipping method and cost are calculated at checkout.

We do not currently offer any faster international shipping than the services listed above. Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.
LOCAL PICK-UP (SYDNEY)
Local pick-up is available from the GINN. studio in Marrickville, NSW.

From the start, our goal has been clear: to design clothing that blends seamlessly into your wardrobe and stands the test of time — in style, in construction, and in feeling.
Each piece is crafted locally in Sydney using mostly deadstock fabrics and natural fibres. We work closely with like-minded Australian makers, supporting the local fashion industry while reducing excess and minimising freight emissions.
