RETURNS POLICY
We hope you are completely satisfied with your GINN. purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please follow the steps outlined below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Ensure the item is returned within 14 days of delivery

Item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact

Proof of purchase must be provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your financial institution to process the refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
GINN. does not provide return shipping labels for international customers. Return shipping and any associated customs charges are the responsibility of the sender. We are not liable for lost or stolen return parcels. Shipping insurance can be arranged on request for an additional fee.

FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ginn.com.au. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to us due to being refused or marked undeliverable by the courier, we will contact the customer up to three (3) times via email or phone. If no response is received, the order will be cancelled and a credit note issued, less the cost of shipping and packaging.
To have your order re-shipped, a new shipping fee will be required.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
GINN. is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen in transit. However, we will make every effort to assist you in recovering your order. Shipping insurance is available at an additional cost upon request. For support, please contact contact@ginn.com.au.

Each piece is crafted locally in Sydney using mostly deadstock fabrics and natural fibres. We work closely with like-minded Australian makers, supporting the local fashion industry while reducing excess and minimising freight emissions.
