SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

GINN. ships from Sydney, AU. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding public holidays). Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping. Order delivery time will depend on the shipment courier and destination. 

AU SHIPPING

GINN. provides free shipping on all AU orders. All domestic orders and shipments placed with us online will be processed and shipped via Sendle, Australia's first carbon neutral shipping service. An estimated delivery date is provided with your tracking number and a majority of orders are delivered within two business days of the delivery estimate. For most areas of Australia, this is about 5-7 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders will be shipped via DHL Express shipping or Australia Post Express. We do not offer any quicker expedited shipping for international orders other than DHL Express. DHL typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Australia Post Express typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive. Shipping costs and times may vary depending on the shipping location. 

PICK-UP

Orders are available for local pick up from the GINN. Studio in Marrickville, SYD. Our Pick up option is only available from Monday - Friday, please email us via contact@ginn.com.au to arrange a pick up time.

PREORDER

For items listed as pre order, please expect delivery within the delivery date window stated on the product description. For more information on your pre order, please inquire at contact@ginn.com.au

RETURNS

We really hope that you love your purchase and treasure it forever. However, if you do wish to make a return for any reason, please follow these steps.

To start a return or exchange you have 7 days to contact us via email contact@ginn.com.au or the 'Contact Us' form to process your return. Items must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving your order and will be at the buyers expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to GINN. International customers interested in returning an item for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. GINN. is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. Insurance can be arranged at an additional cost at your request. For more information on making an international return, please email contact@ginn.com.au

FAULTY
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at contact@ginn.com.au

RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by any shipping provider will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three (3) times before cancelling the order, these orders will be eligible for a Credit Note less the expense of shipping and packaging. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.


STOLEN OR LOST PARCELS
GINN. is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels; in this instance, we will do our best to ensure your parcel is returned to you. Please contact us at contact@ginn.com.au. Insurance can be arranged at the customers' request and at an additional charge.
